I just love me a good miniature golf course and Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf is one of my favorites.
This is the third one I have been too and I still enjoy them every time I visit. Each one is set up a little different so something new can always be found.
This 18-hole mini golf chain allows you to putt your way through 18th century pirate themed holes.
The landscape features footbridges, swashbuckling buccaneers, cascading waterfalls, giant sharks and sunken ships. Each hole features a plaque with pirate lore from the 1700’s.
The waterfalls are always so pretty and each one I have been to has a cave where you must enter to complete one of the 18 holes.
This particular location received the Rapid City, South Dakota Beautification Award and was voted Best in the State for miniature golf courses.
The course is well cared for and fun and easy to play. If you enjoy a good round of mini-golf you will not be disappointed with this course. Getting put in the stocks also makes for a great photo op.
