While visiting Mount Rushmore we stopped off in the tourist town of Keystone, South Dakota to visit our second Dahl’s Chainsaw Art location.
This location is much larger than the one in Hill City. Besides the chair, there are also bison and motorcycles to climb on and take pics with. There are also much larger carvings here.
The Keystone chair pays homage to the nearby national monument. It has a very patriotic theme like the one in Hill City but also has a replica of Mount Rushmore carved into the top of it.
The sister to the eagle bike Jamey climbed on and took pics with is featured in Ripley’s Believe It or Not located in Baltimore, Maryland which is pretty cool. It really does amaze me how these giant pieces of art are created.
